Dan Adanza, a proud Filipino born from the City of Davao where the Philippine Vice President resides started his career in humble beginnings in the realm of real estate brokerages, socializing and networking with building reception, security guards and other administration personnel. 

Dan is currently the company Director for Four Apple Real Estate Broker JBR Branch, managing the busy life real estate brokerage and being a Director of a reputable company, no one could expect that this young successful person could even travel across countries around the globe. Dan Adanza enjoys life and cross country travelling, hopping from one country to another, crossing one country at a times on his map and sometimes several countries in one trip.

Dan has been in more than 100+ countries and counting around the world. Aside of being a Director, Dan Adanza is a well know top and trust worthy Real Estate Broker as well till date, selling and dealing with High-end Luxury Properties in Dubai and the whole UAE and works mainly in properties build by EMAAR one of the most prestigious Real Estate Developer in Dubai.

Recently Dan received his Certificate in London College of Arts as Certified Interior Designer.
