Confident Group Announces Its Dubai Debut with the Launch of Confident Lancaster

Dubai, UAE – Confident Group, a prominent real estate conglomerate from India, has proudly announced its expansion into the UAE luxury property segment with the unveiling of its inaugural project, Confident Lancaster. This introduction marks the commencement of multiple projects that the Group plans to introduce in Dubai, setting a new benchmark for luxury living in the region.

In a remarkable engineering and project management feat, Confident Lancaster was completed within a record time of 11 months, from excavation to delivery. The project was officially unveiled on March 4, 2024, during a grand ceremony at The Theatre at Fairmont Hotel, Dubai. Dr Roy C. J, Chairman of Confident Group, Rohit Roy, Head of Confident Group’s Dubai Division, Engr—Walid Salah, and other esteemed dignitaries graced the event.

This significant expansion aligns with Confident Group’s 18th anniversary. The Group’s portfolio boasts an impressive array of golf courses, commercial ventures, educational institutions, resorts, and a multitude of residential projects, predominantly in Kerala and Karnataka.

Dr Roy C. J expressed his enthusiasm during the launch, stating, “As we commemorate our milestone anniversary, our group embarks on a new phase of expansion with multiple projects in Dubai, reflecting the triumphant success we have achieved in India.”

He further disclosed plans for unveiling five additional projects in Dubai, which will be developed individually or in collaboration with partners.

Dr Roy highlighted the Group’s achievements, “Our Group holds the distinction of having the highest number of RERA registrations in Kerala, totalling 43 registered projects, positioning us as the largest developer in the state in terms of RERA registered projects. In Bangalore, we also take pride in owning an 18-hole golf course, with plans to launch a second one.”

Rohit Roy shared that nearly 70% of the units in Lancaster are already booked, underscoring the project’s appeal and the trust in Confident Group. It was developed in partnership with Engr. Walid Salah and Vision Constructions, Lancaster, is strategically located to offer easy access to key destinations such as Dubai International Airport, Downtown, Burj Khalifa, Meydan, and City Center. The project offers one and two-bedroom apartments featuring spacious layouts and premium amenities.
