Kempinski Announces Luxurious Real Estate Project in Dubai Marina
Dubai, UAE – Kempinski, the oldest luxury hotel company in Europe, is set to expand its presence in Dubai by introducing Kempinski Marina Residences, a premium collection of branded residences in the vibrant Dubai Marina. The project is currently under development by ABA Group Dubai and is expected to redefine luxury living in the Emirates.

The Kempinski Marina Residences will stand out amidst the skyscrapers of Dubai’s entertainment district, offering 453 modern residences, including duplex and single-to-four-bedroom apartments, sky villas, and seven penthouse suites. Each apartment will feature an outdoor terrace, providing stunning views of the marina and the city skyline. Select residences will also include unique amenities such as vertical gardens, plunge pools, and hot tubs, complementing the tower’s striking geometric design.
Slated for completion in early 2028, the residences will offer exclusive facilities like a kids’ club, a state-of-the-art fitness centre with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a residents’ lounge. The development will also feature parking, retail spaces, landscaped public areas, and basketball and paddle courts.
