Luxury Real Estate Developer AHS Properties Sells 80% of Casa Canal Project within Days of Launch

Dubai-based luxury real estate developer AHS Properties has achieved remarkable success with its latest project, Casa Canal Interiors by Fendi Casa. The Dh3.1 billion development offers a unique blend of luxury and sophistication and has already sold an impressive 80 percent of its units within days of its launch.

The Casa Canal project features a stunning tower with 4,500 to 30,000 square feet of units. The building boasts many luxurious residences, including exclusive boutique houses, four to six-bedroom sky villas, penthouses, and sky palaces.
