The Ministry of Justice’s Department of Real Estate Registration in Qatar reported a remarkable trading volume in real estate transactions, totaling QR237,067,641 ($72 million) for the week of March 24 to 28, 2024. Sales spanned across key municipalities and the exclusive Pearl Island Zone, showcasing the robust demand and vibrant activity within Qatar’s real estate sector.
In an impressive display of market vitality, the real estate sector in Qatar has seen a significant uptick in trading volume, reaching QR237,067,641 over the last week of March 2024. This robust activity underscores the growing confidence in Qatar’s property market, with transactions spanning across several municipalities, including Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Al Dakhira, Al Shamal, Umm Salal, and Al Sheehaniya, as well as the prestigious Pearl Island Zone.
The Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice detailed these transactions in its weekly real estate bulletin, highlighting the sale of a diverse range of properties. These included vacant lands, residential houses, apartment complexes, commercial shops, and residential units, indicating a healthy and dynamic market that caters to various investor needs and preferences.
A notable portion of the transactions focused on residential units, with total sales contracts valued at QR24,005,831. This reflects a continued interest in residential properties amidst Qatar’s ongoing development and population growth.
