Real Estate Valuation in Ajman Surges to AED 718 Million in February
Ajman, UAE – The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman has reported a significant increase in real estate valuation transactions in February – with a total value of approximately AED 718 million, according to the report by WAM News Agency.
Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, the department’s director-general, said 129 real estate valuation transactions took place in the emirate during February. This marks a strong performance for Ajman’s real estate market, with rising demand observed across all regions and property categories.
Of particular note is the surge in the valuation of golden residency properties for investors, which saw a remarkable 115 per cent increase from January. This surge totalled 102 transactions valued at AED 341 million, highlighting the growing interest in real estate investments in Ajman.
The commercial property sector also showed significant growth, with a 44.7 per cent increase compared to January – Commercial assets led the total valuation at AED 568.4 million, residential properties at AED 101.4 million and industrial assets at AED 45.35 million.
Eng. Al Muhairi attributed this growth to Ajman’s competitive advantages and diverse attractions, which continue to attract investors to the emirate’s real estate market.
